Application Requirements

  • Job type and content:
    • Support services for general aviation fuel operations
      As a wholly owned subsidiary of Idemitsu Kosan Co.,Ltd., we support the safe refueling of aircraft with the aviation fuel that Idemitsu Kosan supplies to 48 airports across the country. Idemitsu Kosan handles the refueling of aircraft by refueling companies at each airport on behalf of the refueling companies at each airport. We work together with our affiliated companies to support safe air travel.
    • Head office management department operations
      We support our employees' work environment and sense of fulfillment through work such as corporate planning, general affairs, human resources, and financial accounting at our head office.
      *There is a possibility of transfer in the future, but the purpose is to advance your career, so you can gain a lot of experience.
  • Human resources we are looking for: We are looking for people who "resonate" with our company's mission, vision, and values, and who will continue to take on the challenge of realizing them as fellow "comrades."
  • Target audience: New graduates (universities, junior colleges, aviation vocational schools), mid-career students
  • Work location: Haneda Office (Ota-ku, Tokyo)
  • Working hours: 9:00-17:30 (including 1-hour break) *Currently operating from 8:00-16:30 (including 1-hour break)
  • Salary increase/Bonus: Salary increase / once a year in principle, bonus / paid twice in 2022
  • Various allowances: work location allowance, commuting allowance, etc.
