High-strength polyolefin film
High-strength polyethylene film created from co-extruded blown film forming technology. This product is suitable for use as a sealant base material in bag-in-box or liquid packaging, both of which require especially strong anti-pinhole properties.
Special polyolefin film
Special polyolefin film created on the basis of composing various polyolefin resins with multilayer technology. Colored grades with light proof effects and thick film grades are also available.
Films used as a sealant base material in bag-in-box or liquid packaging need to have especially strong anti-pinhole properties to prevent bursting and leakage. The Gelbo tester (pictured right) is used for testing these strict requirements. The Gelbo tester applies thousands of horizontal torsions to films and sprays them with dyeing liquid to check the film strength and anti-pinhole properties. This helps provide a stable and high-quality product design.
