About electronic materials

Electronic Materials

At Advanced Technology Research Laboratories, our differentiated technologies include organic and inorganic material design technology, synthesis technology, nanomaterials and dispersion technology, thin film deposition technology, and optical and electrical property evaluation analysis. We conduct research and development for electronics. We will advance these research and development and contribute to product innovation in the electronic materials field.

conductive polymer

PANI

We are developing plating base inks that utilize conductive polymers (polyaniline) that dissolve in various solvents, as well as polyaniline's redox properties, which is one of its characteristics. With existing resin plating technology, the resin surface is treated to adsorb plating catalysts, which limits the types of resins that can be plated. By using the plating base ink currently under development, it will be possible to plate various resin base materials.

inorganic material

By utilizing the inorganic material design and synthesis technology, thin-film process, and device technology cultivated in the R&D and manufacturing of CIS solar cells, we have mastered ultra-high-performance inorganic thin-film semiconductors and are developing light-emitting and power-generation materials to support next-generation electronics fields.
