By presenting the application sheet at the store or handing the printed form to the store staff, you can save time and reduce contact (all required fields).

You can register up to two of your favorite refueling methods.

When collecting points

Please bring your Rakuten Point Card or Ponta Card (credit card integrated cards are also accepted).
Additionally, if you do not have a Rakuten Point Card or Ponta Card, you can have one issued and registered at a store.

​Informationon how to take screenshots on a smartphone

On your smartphone, you can save the screen you are viewing as an image.

By saving the settings you made on this page and showing them to the salesperson at service station, you can smoothly apply for Drivepay.

The method for taking a screenshot differs depending on the device you are using, so please refer to the appropriate method below before proceeding.

  • The names of apps and folders vary depending on the smartphone you use.
  • ​Open iPhone edition
    • ■For models equipped with Face ID
      To take a screenshot, press the volume up button and side button at the same time, then immediately release both buttons.
    • ■For models equipped with Touch ID and side buttons
      You can take a screenshot by pressing the side button and home button at the same time and then immediately releasing both buttons.
    • ■For models equipped with Touch ID and top button
      You can take a screenshot by pressing the top button and home button at the same time and immediately releasing both buttons.

    You can check it by opening the "Photos" app and looking at "Screenshots" in the album.
  • ​Open Android version
    1. ■Method 1
      You can take a screenshot by pressing and holding the power button and volume down button at the same time for a few seconds.
    2. ■Method 2
      Press and hold the power button for a few seconds and the "Screenshot" icon will appear. Touch this icon to take a screenshot.
    3. ■Method 3
      If you are unable to take a screenshot using the method above, please check your smartphone's manual or product website.
