Can anyone create DrivePay? open

Anyone with a credit card and driver's license can register.
Please note that the only credit cards that can be registered are domestically issued credit cards with an IC chip and an international brand that have a PIN set.
Corporate cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards cannot be registered.

Can I make DrivePay using Rakuten Point Card or Ponta Card? open

Although it is not possible to issue a Rakuten Point Card or Ponta Card alone, it is possible to register both a credit card and a Rakuten Point Card or Ponta Card.
By registering both, you can not only refuel but also save and use Rakuten points easily.

Can I create DrivePay even if I am a cash member? open

Sorry, we cannot issue this for cash members.
Anyone with a credit card can bring it.
If you don't have a credit card, you can apply for the apollostation Card at our store, which will give you discounts on gas.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can use DrivePay? open

To prevent unauthorized use, your account may be locked if you use it more than a certain number of times in a day.
If your account is locked, please call the DrivePay Call Center (0120-46-1281). After verifying your identity, we will remove the usage restriction. Usage restrictions will automatically return the next day.

Is there an upper limit to the amount spent on DrivePay? open

The limit on the amount spent depends on the registered credit card.
To confirm the maximum amount, please contact your credit card company directly using the contact information listed on the back of your credit card.

My credit card has expired. open

Once your credit card expires, you will no longer be able to use it.
In that case, please bring your new credit card and DrivePay. We will process the expiration date update.

I lost my credit card. open

First, please contact the company of the lost credit card.
Please note that if your credit card is suspended, you will no longer be able to use DrivePay at the same time.
If your credit card has been reissued, please bring your new credit card and DrivePay. We will reissue it.
