  • (From Tokuyama Station) Turn right at the traffic light on the north side of Idemitsu Kaikan.

  • Go straight along the river in front of Idemitsu Kaikan

  • Cross the Sanyo Main Line tracks and go straight ahead until you reach the main gate. (about 200m from the turning signal)

Former Refinery

1957 No. 1 atmospheric distillation device,
vacuum distillation equipment,
Completion of fluid catalytic cracking equipment
1959 Completed construction of the second atmospheric distillation unit and second kerosene and gas oil hydrodesulfurization unit.
1960 Completed construction of naphtha hydrodesulfurization equipment and second catalytic reforming equipment
1972 Completed construction of the third light and gas oil hydrodesulfurization equipment.
1974 Designated as a JIS certified factory
1975 Completed construction of vacuum gas oil desulfurization equipment
1985 MEK equipment completed
1991 Completed construction of the third catalytic reformer
1995 Acquired ISO9002 (all oil types) certification
1996 Received TPM Excellence Award 1st category/
