Regarding the formulation of Medium-term Management Plan (FY2026-2030)
In light of the increasing uncertainty in the business environment, our company will rebalance its business strategy in our new medium-term plan and achieve medium- to long-term growth by strengthening our "earning power" through a more practical approach.

We will strengthen the foundations of our existing businesses, such as Petroleum, whose social importance is being re-recognized, and persistently work to improve profitability and capital efficiency.

We will expand our business creation in areas where medium- to long-term growth is expected, leveraging our strengths such as technological capabilities and domestic and international networks.

With the goal of achieving CN by 2050 and looking ahead to contributing to medium- to long-term energy security, we will take on low-carbon/decarbonized projects while carefully considering the timeframe.
We will promote these initiatives across our five business segments and through co-creation with our partners, thereby enhancing corporate value and contributing to the resolution of social issues.
