The judges gave their comments in front of the award-winning and selected works on display at the exhibition venue, and the participants had the opportunity to talk directly with the judges, including receiving advice for their future creative activities.

Idemitsu Art Award Exhibition 2024

The "Idemitsu Art Award Exhibition 2024" was held at the National Art Center, Tokyo in Roppongi, Tokyo from Wednesday, December 11th to Monday, December 23rd, 2024, exhibiting all 53 winning and selected works. In addition, the "Idemitsu Art Award Artist Selection 2024" was held, showcasing new and recent works by four previous award winners and selected artists.
On December 14th, an artist talk was held by the seven award-winning artists and judge Oura. It was an event where the award-winning artists themselves spoke about the thoughts they put into their winning works.
During the event, 6,073 people visited the event. This time, the visitors were also asked to vote for the "Audience Award". As a result of 3,233 votes, Manami Koyamauchi's "The Genealogy of Happiness -Frontier-" (a selection work) was selected as the Audience Award winner.
