Our service station not only provide refueling services, but also provide a variety of other services such as car washes, vehicle inspections, and maintenance. Our company has approximately 6,000 service station and ranks second in domestic market share. We will continue to fulfill our responsibility to provide a stable supply of energy that is essential to daily life.
Mobility Service（Smart Yorozuya）
Service stations are essential hubs that support everyday life. With strong customer touchpoints in both the physical and digital worlds—including approximately 6,000 service stations across Japan and an official app with around 4 million monthly active users—we are expanding our business in step with the evolving mobility market. At the same time, we are enhancing car care services such as coating and car washing, as well as vehicle-related offerings including rentals, car sharing, and used car sales, to create a seamless, one-stop mobility service that delivers maximum value to our customers.

As a company that operates service station all over the country, we will utilize our experience in store development to propose more effective and beneficial land utilization methods.
We use double-walled tanks and plastic piping that are highly corrosion-resistant, and we are also taking measures to prevent soil contamination.
Contract method
A rental contract can be considered.

Land lease contract. In principle, contracts with our company are for 20 years.

There is no contract renewal, and the rented land will be returned to you as vacant land after the contract period expires.
Upon return, we will conduct a soil survey and, in the unlikely event that there is a leak, we will carry out purification. -
Even in the case of building reconstruction, there is no extension of the contract period, and there is no obligation to purchase the building.
