SP130, SP140, SP151
A grade for plating. Most grades of "ZALEC" can be electroless plated by selecting an appropriate process, but in particular when sufficient adhesion strength of the plating layer is required for thin-walled molded products, the plating-specific grade of this series is suitable. Suitable.
SP130 is unreinforced, SP140 is reinforced with 15% glass fiber, and SP151 is reinforced with 30% glass fiber, so you can use them depending on the required rigidity, dielectric constant, specific gravity, etc.
Suitable for precision plated electrical and electronic parts such as MIDs, shield cases, and antennas.
SW130
It is not reinforced and has a good appearance.
This grade has appropriate elastic modulus and heat resistance due to the addition of non-material filler, making it suitable for trays, etc.
