PANI (organic solvent soluble polyaniline)

A conductive polymer that dissolves in solvents and has self-forming properties.

It is solvent soluble and can form a homogeneous and flexible conductive film by coating.
Using various compounding technologies, we can customize the solution composition and physical properties (conductivity, heat resistance, etc.) to suit your application.

Features

Soluble in various organic solvents

It can be dissolved in various organic solvents depending on your application.

Conductivity can be controlled over a wide range

Using additive formulation technology, the conductivity of the coating film can be controlled from 0.01 to a maximum of 300 S/cm.

Conductive coating film with flexibility and good secondary processability

By coating, it is possible to form a flexible conductive film on the base material.
Additionally, the coating follows the stretching and shaping of the base material, and has good secondary processability.

Relationship between stretching ratio and surface resistance value of polyaniline coated film

Heat-resistant

Heat resistance (solder reflow resistance and long-term thermal stability) can be imparted using additive formulation technology.

thermal conductivity

The coating film has anisotropic thermal conductivity.

Stable Redox cycle characteristics

It exhibits stable Redox characteristics in the positive electrode potential range of 2.5 to 4.5 V vs. Li/Li+ where general lithium-ion batteries operate.

Electromagnetic wave absorption performance

Compared to magnetic material sheets, it has a higher ability to absorb electromagnetic waves from lower frequency bands.

Electroless plating possible

Electroless plating is possible by taking advantage of the Pd-supporting ability of the polyaniline skeleton.
By converting the coating agent into ink, it becomes possible to form wiring by circuit printing and electroless plating.

Electroless plating possible

Possible to add rust prevention ability

It can be added to base oils, waxes, resins, etc. to impart anti-rust properties.
