How to use self-service station: Pay in advance
Easy for anyone! self refueling
Even if you're a little nervous because it's your first time using a self-service station, we've prepared a simple guide so you can fill up your tank with peace of mind.
*A prepaid self-service station is service station where everything from refueling to payment is done at the pump.
1. Visit us

You enter service station and park your car in front of the fuel pump.
・Open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited inside service station.
・For safety reasons, the use of mobile phones and other electronic devices is prohibited while refueling.
Refueling must be done by one person with a driver's license, and children should wait in the car.
*Please also check the other notices posted at service station. Thank you for your cooperation. -
For your safety, close the windows and stop the engine.
2. Select payment method and oil type

Get out of the car and operate the refueling machine's touch panel.

Specify the payment method, oil type, and fuel quantity (amount) according to the display on the touch panel of the refueling machine. If you refuel with the wrong type of oil, it may lead to car damage. Be sure to check the oil type.

To dissipate static electricity accumulated in your body, be sure to touch a static electricity removal sheet before refueling. Static electricity is easy to generate, especially in the winter when the air is dry, so be sure to remove static electricity.
Four. Refueling

Open the car's fuel filler cap, take the nozzle from the fuel dispenser, insert it deeply into the fuel filler opening, and pull the lever. Please be aware that oil from previous customers may remain in the oil nozzle.

While refueling, pull the nozzle lever and wait without letting go. Depending on the structure of your car, oil may easily spill out, so keep an eye on the fuel filler opening.

Since the refueling nozzle is equipped with a sensor, refueling will automatically stop when the tank is full or reaches the specified quantity/price. Please note that when filling up the tank, the sensor may not work and gasoline may overflow in the following cases.

Return the nozzle to its original position on the fuel filler and close the fuel filler cap and filler port cover. Be sure to lubricate until the end so that no oil remains in the nozzle. When returning it, be careful not to pull the nozzle lever.

If you have change, go to the automatic change machine. When you touch the barcode part of the receipt to the receipt reader of the automatic change machine, the change will be returned to you.
