What is Rakuten Point Card?

This is a point card that allows you to accumulate and use Rakuten points when shopping in town.
If you use your Rakuten Point Card when purchasing gasoline, diesel oil, or kerosene at apollostation ^*1 nationwide, you will earn Rakuten Points.
At apollostation, you can earn 1 point for every 2 liters of gasoline, diesel oil, or kerosene when you pay with cash, Preca, or credit. The points you accumulate can be used for shopping at Rakuten Point Card member stores, including apollostation, and at Rakuten Group services, with 1 point = 1 yen.

Can the Rakuten Point Card I received at apollostation be used only at apollostation?

It can also be used at member stores other than apollostation.

Does apollostation support the Rakuten Points app?

The app is not supported. Please use Rakuten Point Card.

I can't use the Rakuten Points I accumulated with my Rakuten Point Card. why?

■For those who are not Rakuten members
By becoming a Rakuten member, opening a Rakuten Points account to manage your points online, and registering to use your Rakuten Points card, you will be able to use your Rakuten Points.

■Those who are already Rakuten members
Please access Rakuten PointClub and register to use your Rakuten Point Card. Your card and Rakuten Points account will be linked and you will be able to use your points.

*Please note that points accumulated before registering will expire 12 months after they are granted, so please register as soon as possible.

When I went to refuel at apollostation, I forgot to take out my Rakuten point card. If I bring my receipt with me, can I get points later?

Points cannot be added after refueling. Please be sure to present your Rakuten Point Card before refueling.
