How is Idemitsu Kosan thinking and what challenges is it taking to achieve a carbon-neutral, recycling-oriented society in 2050? We have created this page to inform everyone. Although there are major challenges to achieving a carbon-neutral, recycling-oriented society, I believe that it can be achieved if the world works hand in hand. As a supplier of energy and materials, we at Idemitsu Kosan are always thinking about what we should do and what we can do to protect people's lives and the future global environment, and we are taking action.
Many people may have the image of Idemitsu as a primary oil sales company. We have announced that we will leverage the knowledge and infrastructure we have cultivated over the years to evolve our business into three areas. We introduce what kind of future we are aiming for through these three areas in "What is Idemitsu's vision for 2050?"​
