MATIRO (Softfeel coat)
Paint with a silky feeling and luxurious texture
MATIRO Silky is a functional protein paint developed based on the concept of "touch."
By using a special blend of silk powder, it is possible to obtain a matte appearance with a supple, tranquil feeling.
The product is effective for communicating a sense of luxury and high added value when it is touched, and is also outstanding for preventing fingerprint marks.
Features
A supple, soft texture like human skin
A natural protein powder - which endows the paint coating with softness - combined with a soft base resin yield an unprecedented soft touch. The refined finish is obvious when you touch it, and it truly feels like human skin.
Coated surfaces have a distinctive matte quality
The fine protein powder is dispersed evenly in the paint coating, thus ensuring a consistent matte finish with no unevenness or white spots. The finish suppresses the reflection of light rays, and is not affected by light from any angle of incidence.
Prevents fingerprint marks
With ordinary paint, fingerprint marks tend to remain at parts frequently touched by people's hands, and the soiling of the paint becomes obvious. MATIRO, however, has good moisture absorption/desorption, and thus there is no stickiness even if the finish is touched by a person's hands, and it is hard to leave fingerprint marks.
Tough paint coating resists scratching
The combination of soft protein powder and special urethane resin with strong stickiness yields a tough paint coating which has a soft texture, yet resists scratching.
