Focusing on "comfort," "health," and the "environment," we are developing unique high value-added functional materials from natural materials such as silk and shell membranes as well as useful chemical compounds, using our proprietary core technologies, including those for pulverization, blending, and polymerization.
In product planning, we explore appropriate functional materials and pursue product design and application development on the basis of our understanding of the needs of our customers and market demands. By means of these efforts, we create new demands and provide comfort and a sense of affluence to people's daily lives.
We believe it is the principal mission of Idemitsu Technofine to gradually turn dreams into reality, through a combination of effective ideas for living with sophisticated technologies, and to build a bridge to the future by developing technologies that facilitate harmonization with the global environment and safety.
