This nonwoven fabric can be generally applicable to the application from medical/industrial to personal belongings use.

This spunbond nonwoven fabric is made of filament applied thermal embossing process.
Thus this nonwoven fabric features superior properties which that made of staple fabric does not. Polypropylene and polyethylene are adopted as a material and thus wide rage application can be achieved.

    Compared to the general spunbond monwoven fabric, this fabric features superior
    balanced strength in the vertical and horizontal directions
  • Less fraying and fluff
    Due to thermal embossing process of filament, less fraying from the cut surface or fluff on
    the surface can be achieved.
  • Coloring
    The coloring by kneaded can be achieved.
  • High drape formability and flexible properties
    High drape formability and flexible properties can be achieved, which has never seen in
    the existing nonwoven fabric
  • Air Breathability
    This fabric can be used as an adhesive sheet with air permeability.
  • Thermal moldability
    Due to the well-balanced strength in the vertical and horizontal directions, this fabric
    features superior thermal moldability.

PP spunbond nonwoven fabric

This nonwoven fabric is made of polypropylene resin. This fabric can be used such as the inner materials of clothes, futons and bedclothes-related goods, medical/hygienic materials and bag & package materials as well as the base fabric used in various fields such as of agriculture, industry and civil engineering/construction areas.

LL spunbond nonwoven fabric

This nonwoven fabric is made of L-LDPE(Liner low density polyethylene.)
This fabric features soft and agreeable feel to one's skin and can be used as a hygienic material.In addition, as this fabric is melt at low temperature, it can be used as a sealant material.
