This is a nonwoven fabric made of a new material with superior elastic stretchable properties.
This is a spunbond nonwoven fabric which is made by a new material. This new fabric is created using the original nonwoven molding technologies. According to the application of the different kinds of base resins, two types of products: polyolefin-based U Grade and Polyamide-based P Grade products are provided.
Both the U Grade and P Grade non-woven fabrics can offer superior soft and easy-strechable properties, compared to those of the existing spunbond-based nonwoven fabric.
Regarding the difference of the stretchable properties of two Grade, P Grade product features superior stretch-recovery properties. U Grade product features lesser residual stress.

This nonwoven fabric with elastomer resin features both high drape formability and flexible properties. This nonwoven fabric can be used not only for the base substrate for muscle pain agent but also for the applications which require high stretchable ratio and elasticity.
