Concerning the 3rd Consolidated Medium-term Management Plan(FY2010-2012)
NOTICE
Last April, Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd. ("Idemitsu") announced its basic strategy and approach to investments for its third consolidated medium-term management plan. Idemitsu has since established "Long-term Vision 2015," a new plan which looks ahead to FY 2015 in light of subsequent changes in its operating environment, and formulated the "Third Consolidated Medium-term Management Plan" (execution plan for FY 2010-2012).
